Well, February has drawn to a close this is my first post for the month. If you have been following this blog you probably notice that I did not feature a model this month (not by choice). Actually, the month of February has been quite busy and with it being the shortest month of year time just flew by. I have a few models in mind that I would like to feature in March. News flash, I recently started new meetup group called Blue Island Photography. I started this group with the intention of creating a forum for photographers, models, makeup artist and hair stylist to network and work their gifts and talents. This group/forum will provide photographers, models, makeup artist and hair stylist that are located in south suburbs of Chicago an opportunity to experience similar events and workshops that take place in the city. So, in a sense, the Blue Island Photography group will be bringing awareness to the south suburbs for those that are serious, curious, pros and amateurs alike to get noticed make connections and try to take their dreams and aspirations to the next level. I cannot single handedly change the culture or bring about awareness by myself. So, I really hope that everyone in south suburbs take full advantage of the forum that I am trying to create.
